Description
Job Description:
1. Responsible for developing testing plans, strategy analysis, test case design, test execution, and risk assessment for product modules;
2. Independently responsible for quality assurance of product modules, including functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation;
3. Capable of independently developing or selecting appropriate testing tools to improve the efficiency of the individual and the team;
4. Analyze issues in the process practices within the project team, propose effective and feasible improvement measures, and drive their implementation.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with over 5 years of testing experience;
2. Proficient in testing processes, familiar with testing case design methods, able to deeply analyze product requirements, and provide reasonable suggestions based on in-depth analysis of development design;
3. Familiar with Linux systems and proficient in commonly used commands;
4. Familiar with programming languages such as Java and Python;
5. Experience in developing testing tool platforms, performance testing, and continuous integration is preferred;
6. Excellent driving ability, strong learning capability, and skills in problem identification, analysis, and resolution;
7. Experience in financial-related testing is preferred.
