Job Responsibilities: 1. HR Operations Support 1.1 Execute daily processes for employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers and resignations, ensuring timely and accurate updates of employee records 1.2 Assist with the implementation of region-specific SSC (Shared Service Center) HR projects, including personnel file management, contract administration and audit support 2. Employee Compensation and Benefits Support 2.1 Collect and consolidate payroll data in preparation for monthly salary disbursement, including overtime, allowances and adjustments 2.2 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local social security and housing fund regulations (e.g., CPF, EPF) to ensure compliance 2.3 Coordinate with Payroll and Finance teams to reconcile and submit data 3. Compliance and Audit Support 3.1 Stay informed of local labor laws in target markets, track regulatory updates and communicate changes to TA (Talent Acquisition) and HRBP (HR Business Partner) teams 3.2 Prepare required documentation and approval records for internal and external audits 3.3 Assist in organizing materials and coordinating procedures related to employee grievances and disciplinary matters 4. SSC Process Optimization and System Support 4.1 Develop and refine internal procedures, such as onboarding/offboarding SOPs, data synchronization workflows and automated forms 4.2 Participate in the design, testing and rollout of Lark-based processes 4.3 Collaborate with HRIS teams to drive tool enhancements and automation 5. Collaboration and Support 5.1 Liaise with global HRBP, TA and Learning & Development teams to provide day-to-day support 5.2 Support employee secondment and contract transition processes as required Job Requirements: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or Shared Service Center environments; exchange or trading firm experience is a plus 2. Familiarity with the HR and social security regulations of at least one country (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore) 3. Strong verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills, with attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset 4. Proficiency in Excel and Lark (including Wiki and Google Drive integration) Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in Payroll, Compensation or HR compliance audit 2. Participation in the establishment of a global SSC or HR shared service center
Working Hours:

Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00
