1. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 

• Check the actual AWB versus the system AWB before releasing of cargo.
• Process request for a refund, if any.
• Assists Call inquiries
• Assist walk-in clients
• Releasing of cargo to clients.
• Attains client’s inquiry.
•  

OTHER TASK

• Safekeeping and filling documents – collection reports, deposit slips, and other documents related to specific duties.
• Ensures controls are maintained within the financial operating environment in compliance with SLA.
• Adoption of processes
• Perform any additional task given by the immediate supervisor or manager.
