簡介
JOB OBJECTIVE:
- Central point to handle exceptions / customer requests / issues / complaints / disputes and provide appropriate solutions / alternatives
- Coordinate with related internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution
- Contact customers and manage/coordinate system modifications when needed (vessel delays, call omits, rollover, cut & run, late VGM etc.)
- To be open to continuous improvement within the department and the company in order to support Customer Service activity
- Share knowledge and best practices.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage customer booking
- Checks service contract validity
- Checks container availability
- Checks space confirmation from Cargoflow Team
- Checks carriage approval if found DG / OOG (Prepares DG Manifest)
- Coordinates with DCO (ARO) & TPE (Project Cargo – CNC F/V), HO Project Cargo (CMA M/V)
- Sends PTI request to CY if the booking is reefer (Prepares RF Manifest)
- Responsible for the re-linking of the container with terminal
- Answers query through phone and email
- Vessel Schedule / Cargo Tracking / Shipping Details
- Provides daily booking confirmation to terminal checkers
- Monitors vessel status in coordination with Ops Dept at POL
- Arrival / Departure | LCT for Cargo & Docs
- Provides up-to-date vessel status to all clients
- Sends delay or omission letter if only applicable
- Monitors the shipment at T/S port if the connection is successful
- Monitor reefer loading from POL to connection
- Auto freighting – charges insertion
- Storage & RF plug computation
- Updates stop clock
- Sends booking figures (as SOC) to third party feeder (if only applicable)
- Sends booking forecast (ASIA) for non CNC vessel
- Sends loading confirmation to T/S ports (for non-direct shipments only)
- Sends container projection to Logs Dept
- Prepares report
- WCC reports (US)
- ANL Forecast
- Cimex Projection
- Customer Analysis Filing(ASIA)
- Vessel Profile (ASIA)
- Creates vessel schedule
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree - Any 4-year Business Admin related courses
- Experience in the Shipping industry has an advantage
- Has a background in Customer Service or Documentation
- Trustworthy, Dependable, and keen to details
- Above-average communications and interpersonal skills
- Must have basic PC workstation skills in Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
