簡介

Responsibilities:

  • Creates sales orders received through the Customer Care channels
  • Supports the commercial initiatives by promoting new products, encouraging the use of self-service channels, and reinforces campaigns
  • Assists customers in monitoring their accounts, deliveries, and status of sales orders and maintains the highest ethical and integrity standards in all internal and external dealings and internal and external relationships
  • Attends customer complaints, requests, and/or feedback to ensure that these are endorsed to and attended by the proper solutions provider
  • Ensures that customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints are addressed with expediency
  • Provides timely resolution/actions to the inquiries, requests, or commendations assigned to the Customer Service Team
  • Prepares reports needed by internal stakeholders for visibility of data under order management
  • Ensures the assigned system, tools, and equipment are in good running condition
  • Participates in the team efforts and programs to promote a good working environment for effective teamwork


Requirements:

  • Must be a college graduate preferably with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Must have at least a year in handling customers
  • Preferably with experience in selling and/or order to cash process
