Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative based in Manila. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work both in-office and from home as needed.


Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work onsite (GLAS Tower, Ortigas or Uptown Mall , BGC)
  • Candidate with at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to different work environments
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
