Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Property Specialist. The role is primarily based in Makati, with opportunities for some work from home. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales in both commercial and residential real estate sectors. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential buyers, conducting property viewings, providing detailed property information, negotiating sales, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate is an advantage
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
