- Manage customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email
- Provide correct information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain service quality and professionalism
- Meet performance metrics and follow company policies
Job Requirements
- At least 3 months BPO experience (any account)
- HS/SHS Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu
- Amenable to shifting schedules and work on weekends/holidays
