Location: IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City (ONSITE WORK)
Be part of a customer-focused team and help deliver seamless shopping experiences! We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support our Retail Account—assisting customers with orders, product inquiries, returns, and account concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions regarding retail products and services
- Assist with order tracking, exchanges, returns, billing concerns, and general inquiries
- Provide solutions with professionalism, accuracy, and friendly communication
- Maintain excellent service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (with or without experience)
- Senior High School Graduate (with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience)
- atleast 2nd year in college (4 semesters completed) with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience
- Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City
- Willing to work night shifts and shifting schedules
