About the Job:

Be part of our client's team as a SAP HCM Consultant, where you'll provide remote consulting services for SAP add-on solutions during project implementations. A strong knowledge of SAP HCM (HR and/or Payroll), ideally as a former consultant or ABAP Developer is key, and experience with SuccessFactors is a big plus. The role also includes tasks like functional design, testing, configuration, creating end-user documentation, and providing internal/external training. The position requires consulting experience or strong analytical skills, particularly in SAP HR modules and best practices. The candidate should have a solid foundation in SAP HR to adapt and integrate our add-on solutions and handle various remote consulting tasks (e.g., product setup, configuration, solution build, parallel testing, etc.). Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience (for Senior Level) or 5+ years (for Mid-Level) in SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementation (preferably PY focus).
• Experience in software documentation or similar activities, such as drafting functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of Human Resources processes; knowledge of Payroll processes is essential.
• Proficiency in testing professional Cloud-based or Web-based solutions.

• Ability to work independently on projects and collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for delivering high-quality work and excelling in identifying potential flaws and issues.
