JOB SUMMARY:

Finance Audit:

• A

  ssist in handling financial audit
• Perform audit procedures, control testing, analytical procedures and substantive test of details
• Familiarize with regulatory and reporting requirements
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
• Support seniors and team members as and when required

Finance Associate:

• Performing day to day financial transaction, including verifying, validating of supporting documentation prior to processing of the Finance coordinators
• Coordinate with various departments for verification of transactions and documentation.
• Assist in the posting of daily journal entries
• Provide general accounting support
• Assist in the reconciliation of transactions or payments made against the recording in the general ledger
• Preparing invoice for customers
• Collecting and verifying timekeeping information for all employees
• Help in the reconciliation of account receivables and payables, banks, bill payments or inventories
• Assist with preparation of bank reconciliations
• Assisting accounting team on monthly closing of financial statement
