説明

Conduct quality audits to evaluate compliance with standards and procedures.
Analyze data and prepare reports highlighting quality trends and issues.
Collaborate with teams to develop corrective actions and improve processes.
Participate in training sessions to enhance quality awareness.
Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

要件

Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course
At least 1 year of audit work experience involving calls, files, and processes. Also, engaged in operations calls for onboarding, training, calibration, performance evaluation, coaching, and data management within the BPO industry.
Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Must be customer service-oriented and detail-oriented
Must be flexible, organized, adaptable, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
