Description
- Assist with procurement processes and vendor communication.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and track delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Support reconciliation of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in cost analysis and budgeting activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in purchasing or supply chain.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong analytical skills, basic negotiation skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, normal business hours, potential for occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, excellent communication skills.
