- Assist in procurement processes by sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
- Assist with purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.
- Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Monitor market trends to anticipate purchasing needs.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students pursuing relevant coursework.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management, purchasing strategies, decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; may involve some travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, teamwork-oriented, and adaptable under pressure.
