Description

  • Manage and oversee construction projects on-site.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and report on timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and manage onsite issues.
  • Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project site engineering.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, Layout Apps, SketchUp, and Interior Deepening Design.
  • Working Conditions: On-site work in construction environments, may require evening or weekend hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
