- Manage and oversee construction site operations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare reports and documentation of progress
- Assist in project planning and scheduling
- Resolve site-related issues and challenges
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects, ensuring quality and safety.
- Working Conditions: Field-based role with potential exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, problem solver, good communication skills, and a team player.
