JOB DESCRIPTION:

The PPC Planner develops daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met. Determines material, equipment, and other requirements, prepares status and performance reports, and resolves production issues.

Production and Planning Scheduling

  • Create production schedule based on the capacity and materials availability
  • Coordinate with warehouse for material status for loading in production
  • Coordinate with material planner and IDG for design and material computation
  • Conduct random checking to verify production output in the shop floor to ensure that production plan is implemented and met
  • Endorse productions finished products to delivery
  • Generate item breakdown for every items done in production
  • Coordinate with Sales Team for specifications, sales orders, and other LN (ERP)- related issues
  • Coordinate with CSG for PDF and mock up concerns
  • Create and release PROs in LN (ERP)
  • Discuss the Job Order to production supervisor or production cutting list expert
  • Responsible for material requisition of standard items such as glass, standard chairs, metal cabinet, primo and study tables
  • Update projects in LN (ERP) system as required by the immediate superior

 

System Compliance

  • Comply with the company policies and participate in the company programs and activities
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of 4 years of related course
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience in the same capacity and /or in the same industry
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of production planning and control, ability to multi-task and adapt a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the following skills, abilities and attributes: good oral and written communication, organization; with high sense of confidentiality and anticipation, high level of trustworthiness and integrity, customer-service oriented, resourceful, creative and analytical
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other system applications
