We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented professional to lead our messaging automation and conversion strategies.

This role is critical in improving customer engagement, optimizing sales funnels, and driving conversion through automated messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRO strategies focused on messaging platforms
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Design automated flows to boost lead-to-customer conversions
  • Lead A/B testing and improve messaging scripts and timing
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for alignment
  • Train staff and stay updated on automation tools and trends

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in CRO and messaging automation
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Knowledge of e-commerce customer behavior in the Philippines
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and customer journey mapping
