Description
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling inquiries.
- Document interactions and update customer records.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using customer service software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with a busy schedule and potential for overtime.
