Here, you will have your own "trading seat" from day one, leading strategy design, execution systems, and iterative optimization—no menial tasks, no waiting for instructions, just direct accountability for results. • Designing and iterating multi-chain strategies (CEX/DEX).
• Building execution systems and data monitoring mechanisms.
• Analyzing massive on-chain and off-chain data to find arbitrage or liquidity opportunities.
• Collaborating with research, BD, and other teams to complete the closed loop from market insight to actual trading.
• Continuously improving PnL and being responsible for strategy performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in trading, quantitative research, or hands-on DeFi practice.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in developing practical tools/strategies.
• Strong interest in crypto market structure, narrative trading, and volatility.
• A habit of making independent decisions, taking ownership of returns, and possessing strong execution skills.
• An active mind, strong learning ability, and the capacity to quickly adapt to new narratives and sectors.
• A preference for startup culture, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flat organizational structure.
• Machine learning background is a plus.
