About The Team

The Direct-to-Consumer Team scales brands efficiently combining creative with data analytics, managing all marketing channels and DTC brand operations to drive brand growth.

About The Role

As an Associate Brand Manager (DTC), you will manage website performance, maintain Shopify sites, and ensure seamless product updates and merchandising. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience, support marketing campaigns, and oversee order fulfillment. With a data-driven mindset and strong communication skills, you'll play a key role in enhancing the brand’s digital presence and driving sales.

What you will do:

  • Monitor weekly website performance and report on top KPIs to the team
  • Maintain Shopify websites by monitoring and updating the following: product catalog, prices, photos, copy, promotional banners, etc.
  • Competitor research and benchmarking: UI/UX, prices, new product launches, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the DTC manager on inventory management and merchandising strategies
  • Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with operations team to ensure orders are fulfilling as expected and on time
  • Brief Creative and UI/UX team for new website content for new product launches, landing pages, marketing campaigns, etc.

Who you are:

  • You have worked in a Digitally Native Vertical Brand/Direct to Consumer brand
  • You understand the importance of using data to drive decision making
  • Experience in Shopify Plus is strongly preferred
  • Experience in briefing Design and UX/UI teams to create assets for relevant on-site and campaign needs.
  • A real team player - you enjoy working collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
  • You have strong collaboration skills and good business sense
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are able to multitask.
