We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to support the daily financial and operational functions of Trust Disability Solutions. This role combines bookkeeping expertise with strong administrative skills to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial summaries
- Assist with payroll processing and financial reporting
- Manage client records and maintain organized filing systems
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Support compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting (certificate or diploma preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in healthcare, disability services, or nonprofit environments is an asset
