This role is responsible for driving sales, market share, growth, and profitability for the assigned brands. It involves developing comprehensive marketing plans and brand strategies, as well as creating promotional and communication materials for individual brands and the overall portfolio. The role requires strong market insight—analyzing trends and identifying business opportunities to inform brand initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and positioning to drive market share.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, lifecycle plans, and brand programs within budget.
• Analyze market and competitor data to guide product planning with HOM/MM/GPM and cross-functional teams.
• Lead marketing and communications initiatives to strengthen positioning and profitability.
• Monitor performance, forecast sales and inventory, and ensure timely product launches.
• Provide Sales team with needed field support and resources.
• Collaborate across functions to execute brand plans and customer programs.
• Engage Sales for field insights; align promotions accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, Medical Societies, and Advocacy Groups with Medical Affairs.
• Coordinate with Digital and agency partners for creative execution.
• Ensure compliance with company code, DOH, and FDA guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or any other related discipline.
• Experience and exposure to Pharmaceutical business and working culture.
• Exposure in Finance and deep understanding of the medical and regulatory environment.
• Must be familiar with financial modeling and be able to understand, interpret and draw actions based on P&L, ROI and payback period calculations.
• Track record in defending and growing established brands.
