Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, organised Personal Assistant to support day-to-day admin, research, and basic marketing tasks. You’ll work closely with the business owner and help keep things running smoothly.
This is a fully remote, part-time role with flexible hours:
- Option 1: 5 days × 4 hours per day
- Option 2: 3 days × 6-7 hours per day
For the right person, this has potential to become a full-time position.
What You’ll Do
- General administrative support (emails, scheduling, data entry, organisation)
- Research tasks as needed
- Making phone calls on behalf of the business (following up, chasing, booking)
- Creating graphics using Canva
- Uploading and updating content on WordPress websites
- Basic website edits (text, images, pages)
- Supporting day-to-day business operations as required
Requirements
- Must be comfortable making phone calls on behalf of the business
- Full focus required during work hours - no other clients or jobs at the same time
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with WordPress or websites
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good written and spoken English
- Must be open to this becoming a full-time role in future
Preferred (Bonus)
- Experience with Airtable
- Any coding or API experience
- Asia-Pacific or European timezoneApply
