Description
- Writes and edits various technical documents, including manuals, deployment procedures, help guides, and FAQs.
- Works closely with department heads, administrators, and specialists to gather information and understand the tool and platform functionalities.
- Translates complex technical information into clear, concise, and accurate documents for technical and non-technical users.
- Creates diagrams, screenshots, and visuals to complement and clarify technical documentation
- Maintains and updates existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Ensures consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentation
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of documentation projects aligned with system releases
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
Requirements
- Has bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related fields.
- With 1-2 years of experience in Technical Writing or any related experience
- Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and managing technical documentation and content.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Extensive experience in drafting and editing user manuals, guides, release notes, and other technical documents.
- Has ability to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to complement technical documentation.
