Description

  • Sourcing
  • Advertise and manage job vacancies in multiple methods and cost-effective channels, such as direct sourcing, employee referral, social media, job boards, and networking, to source and attract qualified candidates
  • Draft and refine job descriptions based on requirements from the project lead or management
  • Hiring:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT technical and non-technical roles
  • Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers/project leads
  • Interview scheduling and diary management of all interviews taking place, including checking availability of both interviewers and candidates, booking interviews, feedback follow-up & sharing with candidates, and ATS real-time update
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, and deliver an amazing candidate experience throughout the interview process
  • Coordinate with the TA lead negotiating and issuing the letter of offer to the target candidates
  • Other:
  • Assess, prioritize, and manage daily activities to align with business objectives and operational urgency, and be transparent in the way you work
  • Collaborate with different teams, project leads, and management, ensuring an effective and seamless hiring process
  • Ensure recruiting practices are integrated with other HR/Ops team members across the onboarding process
  • Be proactive, working in an environment that often requires agility and pivot thinking in a changing environment
  • Contribute to raising awareness of the Fabric Group brand in the market

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a technical recruiter within a technology consulting company
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Process-driven and transparent in the way you work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage candidates
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for technical recruitment
  • Familiar with ATS, Google Suite, and other general office tools
