• Job Title: Marketing Manager
• Job Summary:
• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the branding, promotional strategies, and customer engagement efforts for our food concept. This role will focus on increasing brand visibility, driving sales, and expanding our customer base through innovative marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food and beverage marketing, franchise promotion, and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness and positioning.
•  Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual merchandising across all kiosks and digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.

2. Sales-Driven Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and implement seasonal promotions, product launches, and customer loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support franchise growth and kiosk expansion.
• Develop B2B marketing initiatives for corporate partnerships, catering services, and bulk orders.

3. Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage the brand’s social media presence, website, and online platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
• Create compelling content, including videos, graphics, and influencer collaborations, to boost online reach.
• Optimize SEO, paid ads, and email marketing to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

4. Public Relations & Community Engagement

• Develop partnerships with local influencers, bloggers, and food critics to increase brand credibility.
•   Organize and participate in food expos, mall activations, and community events.
• Handle PR and media relations to gain exposure through press releases and feature stories.

5. Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Analysis

• Monitor key marketing metrics, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize customer feedback and analytics tools to refine marketing strategies.
• Prepare monthly reports on marketing ROI, customer insights, and brand performance for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in food & beverage marketing, QSR, or retail marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and consumer trends.
•  Experience in franchise marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media management.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
