Job Summary:

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, promoting brand awareness, and driving customer engagement for our food concept. This role will help develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring strong brand presence in physical stores and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, results-driven, and passionate about the food industry.


1. Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, social media activities, and events.
  • Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and collaborations with partners or influencers.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure effectiveness.


2. Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Manage social media pages, create engaging content, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies such as Facebook and Instagram ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and reach.


3. Branding & Customer Engagement:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Engage with customers through online and offline platforms to build brand loyalty.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to enhance marketing strategies.


4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitor strategies.
  •  Suggest innovative marketing ideas based on research and industry insights.
  • Assist in preparing reports on marketing performance and customer behavior.


5. Partnerships & Promotions:

  • Coordinate with mall management, event organizers, and brand partners for promotional opportunities.
  • Support local store marketing efforts, such as flyer distribution and community engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials like posters, menus, and digital content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, social media management, or brand promotions (preferably in the food or retail industry).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
