Description
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, respond to guest requests, and ensure high service standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
- Change linens, dust furniture, and restock supplies as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping team to maintain efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of related experience is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Customer Relationship Management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept in customer service.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding environment with some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and team player with a positive attitude.
