Description
- Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
- Change linens, restock supplies, and ensure a high level of cleanliness.
- Report maintenance issues and items needing repair.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills; attention to detail; time management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Clean and maintain guest rooms; report maintenance issues; provide exceptional service.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding role; may involve extended standing and lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable; friendly; able to work independently; adaptable.
