Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage scheduling and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Manage reception duties, answer calls, assist visitors, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Must have a High School/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk support, MS Office applications, data analysis, and scheduling. Strong written communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, dependable, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask effectively.
