  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
  • Perform data entry and manage appointment schedules.
