Quantitative Developer

Location: Singapore & Remote

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, optimize, and maintain the trading tools and infrastructure used by the equity trading team;

2. Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to implement quantitative models and strategies;

3. Analyze trading performance and identify areas for optimization within systems and strategies;

4. Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability through rigorous testing and documentation;

5. Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 2 years of experience in quantitative development; experience in proprietary trading firms is preferred;

2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or other related STEM fields;

3. Proficient in Python programming; experience in C++ or Java development is preferred;

4. Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering;

5. Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities, capable of applying theoretical concepts to practical problems;

6. Familiarity with the stock market and trading processes is preferred.
