1. Responsible for the architectural design and optimization of the company's core trading system, ensuring high availability, high performance, and high scalability of the system, participating in technology selection and planning, and establishing technical standards and specifications.

2. Lead the development work of core modules, write high-quality, maintainable code, perform in-depth optimizations on existing systems, solve complex technical challenges, and enhance system stability.

3. Address key technical challenges within projects, provide technical support and solutions, participate in code reviews and technical evaluations, and enhance the overall technical expertise of the team.

4. Responsible for system performance tuning, analyzing and resolving performance bottlenecks.

5. Collaborate closely with team members including product managers, front-end developers, and test engineers to ensure timely project delivery.

6. Write clear and detailed technical documentation, including architecture design documents, development documentation, and operation manuals.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a computer-related field, with over 7 years of Java development experience.

2. Solid foundation in Java, with a deep understanding of multithreading, locks, and JVM.

3. Proficient in the SpringBoot development framework and skilled in distributed system development.

4. Familiar with MySQL, with a deep understanding of database transactions, locks, and indexes, capable of optimizing SQL and independently designing database tables.

5. In-depth understanding of common distributed cache middleware such as Redis and a thorough understanding of the principles of Message Queuing (MQ).

6. Familiar with common design patterns and algorithms, with experience in designing distributed systems.

7. Possesses breadth and depth of experience commensurate with years of work, with strong analytical skills, high initiative, and a responsible attitude.

8. Passionate about technical work, with strict self-requirements and good engineering habits and coding standards.

9. Experience in developing trading systems is preferred.
