Description
- Assist in food production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards in the production area.
- Collaborate with the project leader and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in market development by providing feedback on customer preferences and trends.
- Support planning and management of production schedules to meet demand.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in food production or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of food safety protocols and strong cooking skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow directions and execute tasks efficiently.
