Description

In advertising, production staff support the creation of campaigns across various platforms by performing tasks such as logistics, equipment handling, coordinating with talent, and managing administrative duties. Key roles include the Production Assistant, who provides hands-on support, and the Production Manager, who oversees the entire process and ensures deadlines and budgets are met. 


Logistics and Coordination:

  • Organizing schedules, including setup times and rehearsals. 
  • Managing administrative and scheduling aspects of production. 
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers. 
  • Handling logistics for shoots, from preparing sets to running errands for the crew. 

Technical and Creative Support:

  • Assisting with the setup and operation of technical equipment. 
  • Organizing and preparing materials for production. 
  • Managing element reels and handling props. 
  • Participating in the conceptualization, production, and editing of digital content. 

Administrative Duties:

  • Filing and securing production documents, permits, and other paperwork. 
  • Addressing inquiries and distributing messages between manpower. 
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks. 
  • Managing budgets and controlling costs associated with production. 

Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensuring that creative assets and projects meet quality and compliance standards. 
  • Monitoring the production workflow and reporting any issues. 
  • Conducting final quality checks and ensuring deliverables align with client requirements. 


TAKE NOTE: 3 Months Contract for the meantime (Reliever) if the employer sees potential in you then the contract will get extended for another 3 Months and the possibility of getting Regular.
