ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Generalist, you play a pivotal role in implementing HR processes, providing day-to-day support to business operations, participating in HR objectives, supporting talent acquisition, administering benefits, suggesting new policies for employee experience, and ensuring compliance with regulations and employment laws.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE

  • Run the daily functions of the HR day-to-day operations, which includes but not limited to HR relations, onboarding and offboarding, employee discipline, engagement initiatives, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
  • Recruit for assigned roles within the organization and its subsidiaries.
  • Handle onboarding and off-boarding, conduct new-hire orientation and exit interviews
  • Manage data entry and maintenance of 201 records and human resources information systems (Sprout HRIS).
  • Support retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve employee morale, satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  • Administer and support implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Supports operations and all HR initiatives
  • Assists the HR team in delivery of overall responsibilities.
  • Provides support on performance management implementation and administration.


DESIRABLE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: YOUR KEY TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Broad human resource generalist knowledge of Recruitment, employee 201 filing, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
  • Must be adept to the Labor Law provisions including human relations and employee rights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Amenable to work daily at Makati City
