What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract top talent and build a strong employer brand.
• Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and competitive salary structures.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.
• Utilize HR analytics to track workforce trends and enhance decision-making.
• Design training and development programs to support career growth and leadership development.
• Foster positive employee relations and drive engagement initiatives.
• Ensure labor law compliance, keeping policies up to date with regulatory changes.
• Mentor and lead a team of HR professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus!).
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience with expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and modern HR best practices.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• A passion for innovation in HR and the ability to drive impactful change.
