Description

  • Oversee daily HR operations and support HR initiatives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and on boarding.
  • Supervise HR staff and assist in their professional development.
  • Resolve employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or a professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
