HR Assistant's responsibility includes, but not limited to, the following:

• Recruitment
• Handling of Interns and any university-related documentations
• Processing and monitoring of employee exit clearance
• Preparation of contracts of newly hired employees
• Newly hired orientation
• Encoding data to PMIS System
• Prepare and implement policy memo as needed
• Prepare and issue disciplinary actions as needed
• Assist in Payroll and Benefits processes if needed
• Assist in Learning and Development and Employee Engagement Programs
• Attend and implement departmental planning

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management
• With at least 1-3 years work experience in general HR
• Experience in different facets of HR (Recruitment, Compensation, Timekeeping, Benefits, Employee Relation, Learning and Development, and HRIS)
• Proficient computer skill specially MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skill, written and verbal communication skill both in English and Filipino language
• Able to converse in English
• Able to interact with people in various levels
• Able to assess problems independently
• Proactive, optimistic, resourceful, and quick learner
• With high level sense of confidentiality
• Has passion for learning and career development
• Ability to complete work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Willing to do field works if needed (school and universities partnership visits)
• Fresh graduated may apply
