Description

  • Support recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitating training programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture enhancement.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, talent management, payroll, and human resource planning.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in employee relations, manage recruitment processes, and support payroll functions.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; may involve remote tasks.
