Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and screening candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented attitude.
