Description
- Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, government contributions, and statutory compliance.
- Help in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR standards.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management Psychology or any related field
- At lease 1 year of HR-related work experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in Admin task and payroll is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and record-keeping skills
