Keep the gears of HR running smoothly — join us as an HR Assistant!


We’re on the lookout for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations at our Head Office in Quezon City.

Location: 35 San Antonio Street, San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

• Maintain and organize personnel records and HR databases

• Coordinate with employees for requirements, benefits, and timekeeping

• Support HR-related events, training, and performance tracking

• Handle HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course

• Previous experience in HR is a plus but not required

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good attention to detail

• Discreet, reliable, and team-oriented
