Description

Manage travel bookings, flight itineraries, and related documentation
Manages meal orders for employees, including billing and payment processing.
Monitors and tracks the status of various documents to ensure timely completion and submission.
Support office events and employee engagement activities
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or Human Resource
Proficient in the operation of standard office equipment and tools
With experience in records management, including effective methods and techniques for filing and documentation
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
Maintains a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
Strong interpersonal, research and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization
Must be flexible, resourceful, and capable of contributing innovative ideas to improve processes and outcomes
