- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support training and development initiatives
- Administer employee benefits and payroll
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong communication skills, knowledgeable in employee relations and payroll, computer literate.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, adaptable, and a team player.
