Description

  • Execute and supports the day to day operations of the HR department
  • Responsible for payroll processing and timekeeping
  • Process documentation and prepare reports 
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, etc) and takes minutes
  • Responsible for recruitment, facilitates screening, interview and exams
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Employee Relations
  • Employee Discipline
  • Training and Development
  • External Relations
  • Provides administrative support and other admin related duties.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end HR management
  • Experience in payroll processing and timekeeping
  • Willing to work in Valenzuela City
