  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Support and advise management on employee issues and compliance.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace complaints and grievances.
  • Develop and implement policies to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 30 years old up to 40 years old
  • With at least 2 years experience related to employee engagement
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Can work with fast pace environment
