Description
- Source, screen, and select candidates for various positions.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies and tools.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with relevant internship experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, computer literate, exceptional written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates, maintain recruitment databases, and assist in organizational development.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for talent acquisition.
