  • Recruits, screens and interviews job applicants and matches candidates to suitable positions.
  • The duties for this job title include handling compensation and benefits, employee training and employee relations.

  • Explaining the benefits, company policies and parameters of the job to applicants

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4 years course
  • Can handle pressure
  • With at least 1-2 years of experienced as Recruitment Specialist
  • Can start immediately.
